Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Experience Team Lead in the Philippines. This remote role focuses on leading client conversations, CX operations, and delivery readiness for new partnerships.

You will guide discovery, document requirements, and design scalable service solutions while coordinating with internal teams. The position emphasizes leadership in client engagements, process improvement, and onboarding, with a strong emphasis on English communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Experience, customer service, or contact center ops.
• Experience in a BPO environment and ability to discuss CX processes with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and discovery to understand objectives and requirements.
• Document technical, business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into practical service solutions and delivery models.
• Oversee onboarding, go-live, and stabilization with delivery teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate when needed.
