Tarino is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead revenue across a growing motel portfolio, fully remote. You will onboard new properties, migrate rates into RMS, and manage pricing, promotions, and channel performance using SiteMinder and Room Price Genie.

The role requires hands-on, proactive revenue actions, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the Australia-based team. Long-term growth opportunities exist in a fast-changing business.

Formación

• Hands-on revenue management experience across multiple properties in hospitality.
• Proactive, action-oriented approach to driving revenue beyond reporting.
• Ability to build structure and processes in a growing business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding of new properties: OTA connectivity and rate/inventory migration to RMS.
• Own day-to-day pricing and rate strategy across the portfolio to drive revenue.
• Configure and troubleshoot SiteMinder to ensure correct distribution across channels.
• Use pricing tools (Room Price Genie or similar) for dynamic pricing and stay rules.
• Manage listings, rates, and promotions on Booking.com and Expedia; connect new properties.
• Monitor demand and market conditions; adjust rates and promotions as needed.
• Build data-driven reporting, leveraging AI tools where useful, to drive recommendations.
• Document revenue management processes as the portfolio grows.
• Collaborate with Australia-based Revenue Manager and Commercial team on strategy.
