Job summary

Kalido Hospitality Group, a Vancouver-based boutique aparthotel operator, seeks a Revenue Manager to optimize channel performance, pricing, and listings.

You will monitor Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and our direct site daily, build rate plans in Mews and SiteMinder, audit listings, fix discrepancies, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

This full-time role is remote with required overlap with Vancouver hours (Pacific Time); quarterly bonus available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hotel revenue management experience.
• Hands-on OTA extranets experience and a channel manager.
• Experience building rate plans and rate codes in a PMS or channel manager.
• Strong understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, pace, and channel mix.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written English and clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A reliable internet connection, backup power, and a professional home office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and our direct website daily and fix issues.
• Build rate plans, rate codes, promotions, and restrictions in Mews and SiteMinder and ensure correct loading on all channels.
• Regularly audit listings for accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness.
• Find and fix rate parity discrepancies, mapping errors, availability mismatches, and wrong cancellation policies.
• Provide weekend coverage for rates, pickup, and channels as needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, pace, channel mix, and costs.
• Analyze trends and explain changes, recommending actions to the revenue partner and leadership.
