• Strong communication skills to align with internal teams and external partners to drive portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement yield strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of properties.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and financial strategy to translate performance data into actionable plans.
• Monitor market performance and adjust strategies to achieve positive RevPAR Index changes and accurate forecasts.
