Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking a Returns Operations Coordinator to own the returns experience for ecommerce merchants. You will set up returns programs, manage inventory and work with the partner network to reduce costs while ensuring fast fulfilment and issue resolution.

The role involves coordinating with logistics partners, finance, and operations across multiple time zones. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus fluent English, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of returns, reverse logistics, fulfilment or ecommerce operations experience.
• Hands-on with returns-management or warehouse software and quick learner of partner platforms.
• Knowledge of international shipping and freight.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets to analyse volumes and costs.
• High attention to detail with account data and invoicing.
• Clear, customer-focused communication with merchants and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple merchants and priorities independently.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Set up merchant returns programmes and configure services in partner software.
• Coordinate activation with return-processing partners and confirm live status.
• Coordinate return shipments and consolidate when volume allows.
• Monitor return locations and inventory, identify idle stock and issues.
• Analyse return volumes and costs to identify improvements.
• Prepare monthly returns invoicing and reconcile with finance.
• Support fulfilment and order issue resolution for merchants.
• Share updates with merchants, partners and internal teams via email.
