Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in customer service roles within e-commerce or online retail operations.
• Familiarity with order lifecycles, shipping logistics, and customer support metrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle after-sales inquiries about shipments, order discrepancies, product concerns, and returns.
• Coordinate with customers to verify order details and shipping addresses.
• Document actions for high-risk orders and monitor status of claims.
• Confirm cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for marketplace channels.
• Review marketplace return/refund requests daily and coordinate with 3PL and Finance for timely processing.
• File claims through Seller Center and track supporting documents.
