Job summary

Infinitysportsinternational in the Philippines seeks a Sales Return Order Processor to manage customer returns end-to-end. You will review requests, validate against orders, and create Sales Return Orders in the ERP system.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for return inspection and tagging, verify product condition, and decide on credit, replacement, or disposal. Strong attention to detail is required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics.
• Experience in retail or distribution is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of credit memos and return orders is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer return requests and validate against orders or invoices.
• Create and process Sales Return Orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for return, inspection and tagging.
• Verify product condition and determine eligibility for credit, replacement, or disposal.
• Prepare and issue Credit Memos or Replacement Orders as approved.
• Maintain accurate return order records in the database.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their returns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting and Inventory teams for postings.
• Generate reports on return trends, reasons for returns and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty conditions and QC standards.
