The role demands fast, precise work, a high-volume workload, and a proactive attitude. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with an hourly rate up to $8 and Phoenix time zone alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in restoration/construction.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and data management skills.
• Full Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and ability to use job-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple active restoration and construction projects in Alby.
• Keep job data current across spreadsheets and Alby with precision.
• Monitor progress and address delays to keep schedules on track.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field crews to meet milestones.
