The position is home-based with night-shift hours (Manila time). You will work with global customers, maintain CRM data, and route complex issues to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
• 1–3 years in admin, customer support, data entry, or operations roles.
• Experience with global or B2B SaaS companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Renewal Support: track renewals in CRM and keep pipelines up to date.
• Generate renewal invoices, quotes, and paperwork under Operations guidance.
• Assist with data cleanup, archiving, and updating billing info.
