Emapta Philippines is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage subscription renewals, maintain accurate pipeline data, and coordinate contracts across global teams. This full-time, hybrid role in Makati offers exposure to a diverse client base and a path to long-term career growth within a leading outsourcing partner.

Responsibilities include handling renewals for ARR under $100k via email and digital channels, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Order

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent written English communication skills across email, messaging, and video conferencing platforms.
• Proficient with standard productivity tools: Slack, spreadsheets, and Microsoft OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renewal process for accounts under ARR $100k via email and digital channels.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of customer interactions and renewal statuses.
• Prepare pipeline reports highlighting renewal risks, opportunities, and status updates for the Manager of Global Renewals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Order Management to verify contract terms and data integrity.
• Support Renewals Managers with administrative tasks and contract routing.
