• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for phone and email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CRM platform experience; HubSpot or Genesys desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
