Staffstream is seeking a Philippines-based Business Development Coordinator to support the commercial solar business. You will convert voice memos into structured CRM entries, manage tenders, and coordinate follow-ups with the manager.

This is a part-time, fully remote role focused on building an efficient pipeline and timely communications with builders and clients. You will leverage AI to draft follow-ups, summarize notes, and generate CRM entries, while ensuring accurate, auditable records

Qualifications

• Real experience in sales support or business development coordination.
• Experience with CRM administration and tender management.
• Understanding of how long B2B sales cycles move between milestones.

Responsabilités

• Turn voice memos and notes into CRM records with project and follow-up details.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track tenders, proposals, and contracts.
• Book follow-up calls and meetings and maintain a proactive follow-up calendar.
• Keep proposals and contracts organized and filed for easy access.
• Provide clear pipeline summaries and support to project delivery teams.
