Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a meticulous Client Services Coordinator to support financial planning and wealth management teams across the Philippines in a fully remote, full-time capacity. You will manage client records, coordinate insurance and superannuation workflows, and liaise with providers to ensure accurate, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, client service, or operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Xplan).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent time-management and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete client and account information across CRM, provider, and document systems.
• Manage insurance servicing workflows (renewals, cancellations, lapses, reinstatements, claims).
• Coordinate investment and superannuation account servicing and applications with providers.
• Update work trackers, generate operational reports, assist onboarding and reviews.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support SOPs and compliance.
