Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles, from screening to initial interviews. You will coordinate interview calendars, ensuring a positive candidate journey and timely confirmations. You will also maintain applicant records in the HRIS and collaborate with the HR Director to optimize workflows.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, with a BYOD setup and remote work aligned to US Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment for retail or consumer-facing roles.
• Ability to screen resumes and identify top candidates efficiently.
• Comfort with conducting initial phone and virtual interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for key retail roles (Retail Associates, Baristas, Store Managers).
• Coordinate interview calendars and send confirmations for a smooth candidate journey.
• Conduct initial interviews and represent the employer brand professionally.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the HRIS and collaborate with the HR Director to improve workflows.
