Job summary

Hyremote LLC is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to connect U.S. companies with overseas talent. You will identify, interview, and shortlist strong candidates for a variety of open positions, maintaining clear candidate notes in our CRM.

You will review applications from our international pool, conduct interviews to assess skills and fit, and shortlist top candidates for current openings. This remote role follows a Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST schedule and offers 100% work-from-home flexibility

Be part of a growing recruitment team focused on helping U.S. companies hire skilled overseas employees. You’ll work independently while also collaborating with the team to make sure candidates are properly reviewed, interviewed, and matched to the right roles.

• Nice to Have: Team Lead, SME, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
• Adaptive and Open-Minded: Understands the different needs of each position and can evaluate candidates accordingly.
