Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a highly organized Recruitment & Candidate Screening Virtual Assistant to support an Amazon DSP with its hiring operations. You will manage inbound applicants, screen candidates, validate qualifications, coordinate interviews, and maintain an efficient recruitment workflow.

You will communicate job expectations and company policies, schedule interviews, and keep accurate candidate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, staffing, or HR support.
• Strong candidate screening and qualification assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and screen candidate applications from job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification assessments.
• Verify work experience, availability, scheduling requirements, transportation, and job qualifications.
• Communicate job expectations, hiring requirements, and company policies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage calendars, interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment databases, and tracking sheets.
• Update candidate statuses and monitor progress throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely communication.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and screening processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment SOPs and best practices.
