• Conduct daily targeted searches on Indeed to identify active public accounting and legal professionals across designated US regions.
• Engage qualified candidates by crafting personalized outreach messages and promptly organizing intro phone calls with recruitment consultants.
• Manage CRM data accuracy by logging all candidate profiles, interactions, and records into Monday.com.
• Distribute registered candidate profiles efficiently to targeted client send lists within established daily deadlines.
• Build and validate high-quality client lists to optimize outreach for responsive partner firms.
