You will conduct daily targeted searches on Indeed, craft outreach messages, organize intro calls, manage CRM data in Monday.com, and distribute profiles to client lists to meet tight daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, sourcing, or recruitment operations.
• Excellent written communication for high-touch outreach.
• Strong organizational skills with daily/weekly targets.
• Attention to data entry, CRM management, candidate distribution workflows.
• Strong time-management for high-volume tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar recruitment CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily targeted searches on Indeed to identify active US-region accounting and legal professionals.
• Engage qualified candidates with personalized outreach and schedule intro calls.
• Manage CRM data accuracy by logging profiles and interactions into Monday.com.
• Distribute registered candidate profiles to client send lists within daily deadlines.
• Build and validate high-quality client lists to optimize outreach.
