Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support sourcing and screening for multiple roles across the Philippines. The position offers a hybrid setup with a night shift, located in Eastwood, Quezon City and Clark, Pampanga.

You will conduct candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial phone screens, and shortlisting, and you will schedule interviews and manage timesheet follow-ups and bulk SMS campaigns for high-volume recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and hybrid setup in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing from multiple channels (Seek, social, databases).
• Screen resumes against job briefs to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens (availability, location, pay, rights).
• Shortlist suitable candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews and potentially conduct further rounds.
• Follow up on timesheets and candidate status.
• Manage bulk SMS/email campaigns for high-volume roles.

Your Role

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups, etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability, etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow‑ups
• Bulk SMS/email campaigns for high‑volume roles
