MicroSourcing in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support sourcing, screening and scheduling for high-volume roles. This hybrid, day-shift position offers career growth and a collaborative environment.

You'll engage in candidate sourcing, phone screens, shortlisting, interview coordination, timesheet follow-ups, and mass outreach via SMS and email campaigns, contributing to our inclusive, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/ email campaigns for high-volume roles
