Job summary

PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to drive the recruitment process from opening a job to placement. You will manage client job listings, submissions, postings, and assignments while coordinating with clients, providers, recruiters, and internal teams.

You will ensure accuracy, timely communication, and adherence to guidelines, supporting staffing solutions with a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
• Experience in healthcare staffing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and VMS platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of client job listings in Salesforce and VMS portals.
• Coordinate provider name clears, submissions, and presentations.
• Ensure bill rates, markups, and margins meet guidelines.
• Review recruiter submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain trackers for listings, submissions, assignments, and activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact among clients, Account Managers, recruiters, and internal teams.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on candidate and client requirements.
• Provide coverage for client communications when managers are unavailable.
• Communicate listing changes, holds, closures, and updates promptly.
• Monitor portal alerts and credentialing and compliance requirements.
