Spiralyze is seeking an Associate Recruiter to help attract, identify, and hire great talent. This fully remote, full-time role targets entry-level candidates (0–3 years) and emphasizes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaboration with HR and managers.

You will work with an ATS, monitor trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the hiring journey, joining a team that values enthusiasm and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for 0–3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Nice to have experience hiring UI/UX designers.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience and culture fit.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
