The Methodical Group in the Philippines is seeking a Software Support Specialist to provide technical support for RealPage software, including OneSite, Financial Suite, and OpsTechnology. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through features, and document cases to help online knowledgebases.

This full-time remote role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work overnight EST hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in help desk or software support roles.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic software issues.
• Experience with RealPage applications is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to RealPage software users by troubleshooting common issues.
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professional assistance.
• Document requests, steps, and resolutions in the tracking system.
• Guide users through basic software functionalities and processes.
• Collaborate with senior staff to escalate and resolve complex problems.
