Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Customer Support Ambassador III in Cebu, Philippines to provide third-level technical and functional support for RealPage software solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through product features, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of college education (preferably in Business, IT, or related tech).
• 2–4 years of technical customer service experience in SaaS or RealPage support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Python, AI tools, automation platforms, or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Handles complex issues and troubleshoots CRM configurations or product integration errors.
• Provides Tier 3/Dev escalation with detailed documentation.
• Guides customers through step-by-step solutions with clear communication.
• Maintains accurate records in the ticketing system.
• Stays updated on RealPage product features and known issues.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve support processes.
• Meets or exceeds KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
• Assists with AI-enabled and automation-driven support operations.
