Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Tier 1 Support Specialist to provide exceptional client service. This role handles concerns, offers effective solutions, and educates customers on products and services in a remote, night‑shift setup.

Applicants should have at least two years of customer service experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to navigate various system tools. Two years of college education is required.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and document all incoming client calls for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues, and contribute ideas for improving products and services.
• Maintain compatibility with the product database by developing a working knowledge of the current platform.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Your role

As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, You Will
