Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for Ontario, working remotely. You will manage paperwork from listing to closing, upload listings to MLS via Realm, and communicate with clients via WhatsApp and email.

Responsibilities include coordinating showings, handling RECO forms, and supporting marketing efforts. The role requires Ontario real estate experience, familiarity with TREB and Realm MLS, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Canadian/Ontario real estate experience required.
• Familiarity with RECO forms, TREB systems, and Realm (MLS system for Ontario)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in client communication via WhatsApp and email

Responsibilities

• Transaction coordination - managing all paperwork between listing and closing
• Listing preparation and uploading to MLS (Realm system)
• Client communication and follow‑up via WhatsApp and email
• DocuLoop document management
• Booking showings and appointments
• Marketing support - Facebook posts and property flyers
• Agent communication coordination
