Extend Your Team is seeking a customer service coordinator based in the Philippines to support loan origination processes for US accounts. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, answer customer questions, and help guide applicants through the workflow.

You will log issues, monitor customer interactions, and maintain accuracy across multiple channels using CRM systems. Strong English communication and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive front-facing customer service experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with loan origination or mortgage-related tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Third-Party vendors and interact with customers to schedule appointments.
• Respond to customer queries via ZenDesk, Amazon Connect, or other tools.
• Document and log issues, compliments, and complaints.
• Assist customers through the application flow when required.
• Track customer experiences across online and offline channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM systems.
