Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processing Specialist to support a growing mortgage broking business. You will take client scenarios from initial file handover through to loan submission, researching lender options and preparing loan recommendation summaries.

Ideal candidates have hands-on lending or loan processing experience, can work proactively, and communicate clearly in writing with clients and lenders while maintaining accurate data in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on loan processing or mortgage brokerage support experience.
• Clear written English for client and lender communications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Review new client files and scenario summaries provided by the broker.
• Research and compare lender products to identify suitable loan options.
• Run servicing and serviceability calculations across shortlisted lenders.
