Zusammenfassung

BruntWork is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to manage revenue cycle processes across multiple healthcare practices. The role focuses on eligibility verification, prior authorizations, coding reviews, denial resolutions, and aging follow-ups, using Elation and Slack in a remote setup.

The position requires U.S. healthcare RCM experience and operates during MST business hours. This is a full-time remote role, with opportunities for growth within a growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of U.S. healthcare RCM experience in eligibility, prior auth, coding review, denials, and A/R follow-up.
• In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM and modifiers for primary care E/M including CCM time rules.
• Experience with payer portals and reading ERAs/EOBs with CARC/RARC codes.

Aufgaben

• Verify eligibility and benefits for every scheduled visit, including new patients handed off from intake.
• Confirm active coverage, plan type, PCP assignment for Medicare Advantage and AHCCCS plans, copay, deductible, and coinsurance.
• Update insurance in Elation and flag inactive or mismatched coverage in Slack before the visit.
