Verse Medical, Inc. is hiring a Medical Biller to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.

This remote role focuses on filing and posting claims, ensuring timely payment, and building scalable billing processes for new product categories. You will bill Medicare/Medicaid and other carriers, research denials, resubmit properly documented claims, and maintain transparent communication with clients about balances, all while expanding your knowledge of US medical billing.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented when processing claims, denials, or payments.
• Energetic, organized, and quick to learn new processes.
• Able to receive feedback and apply learning.
• Some US medical billing experience; will train on product categories.

Responsibilities

• Bill Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance carriers.
• Research and correct rejected claims and post payments.
• Resubmit claims with supporting documentation as needed.
• Post payments or rejections received.
• Call payers or use payer websites to status or reprocess claims for payment.
• Update accounts receivable with new or missed payments.
• Inform clients about outstanding balances.
• Learn new product category requirements and translate into repeatable processes.
