Job summary

MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Generalist in End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management for multi-specialty practices. This role focuses on the full RCM lifecycle, including eligibility, authorizations, coding accuracy, denial management, and payment posting across multiple payers.

You will collaborate with providers, payers, and patients, optimize AR aging, and navigate EHR/PM systems such as Practice Fusion, eClinicalWorks, Athena, and Simple Practice to ensure

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience with multi-specialty billing (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PCP).
• Proven experience with multiple EHR/EMR/PM systems and Availity or similar portals.
• Strong CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge; modifier usage experience.
• Experience with denial management, appeals, and AR reporting.
• EDI/ERA processing and EFT enrollments; knowledge of payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing lifecycle across multiple specialties.
• Ensure timely claim submission and adherence to payer guidelines and filing limits.
• Review documentation for coding accuracy and medical necessity.
• Analyze denials and prepare timely appeals with documentation.
