Responsibilities

• Secure and track prior authorizations and monitor expirations.
• Resolve claim issues across payer portals and liaise with insurers.
• Drive aging AR cleanup, appeals, and balance recovery.
• Support legacy AR collections and HIPAA-compliant operations.
