Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a Senior ABA Revenue Cycle / Accounts Receivable Specialist to own and optimize day-to-day revenue cycle activities. The role focuses on high-volume claims, denial management, and ABA-specific billing in a remote setup aligned to US hours.

Ideal candidates bring deep RCM/AR expertise, strong problem-solving, and proactive ownership. You will improve billing workflows, strengthen controls, and drive automation while collaborating with the RCM team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proven experience managing medical billing operations, insurance claims, denial resolution, and payer follow-ups.
• Direct experience in ABA billing is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of claim denials and resubmissions, payer rules, collections, and denial root-cause analysis.
• Experience with high-volume AR workloads and prioritization based on urgency and financial impact.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day healthcare revenue cycle management and AR for high-volume claims and denials.
• Investigate denied/aging claims, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply ABA-specific billing knowledge to ensure payer-compliant billing.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation in billing workflows.
• Collaborate with the RCM team and take ownership with minimal supervision.
