Job summary

Compliant Business Processing Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to prepare quotes for new and existing business. You will liaise with service providers to source competitive rates and follow up on quotes to maximize conversions.

The role requires 3–5 years in a busy office, strong communication, and the ability to work a shifting schedule in a remote capacity with onsite training. HMO/Life insurance are provided as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
• 3–5 years in a professional, busy office.
• Ability to manage a high volume of emails with quick turnaround.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with deadlines.
• Experience in International Freight Forwarding and EDI/Cargowise; Sales Professional Certification a plus.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for new and existing business.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from agent network and follow up on opportunities.
• Liaise with service providers to source rates and negotiate costs.
• Maintain a register of service providers and notify when rates expire.
• Follow up quotes and record conversion statistics.
• Provide sales and activity reports to the executive director.
