Job summary

The Business Service Group is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative for a full-time remote role based in Laguna, Philippines. You will handle calls, answer questions on billing and policies, and assist customers with concerns while upholding excellent service standards.

Experience in insurance is a plus but not required; the role includes a permanent WFH setup, team support, and long-term growth with a U.S.-based company.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and capable of navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls from agents, policyholders, and customers with professionalism.
• Answer billing, policy, and claims questions promptly and accurately.
• Provide assistance or route calls to the appropriate department.
• Process personal lines insurance transactions: new business, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, reinstatements.
• Handle emails and correspondence per assigned authority levels.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
