Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in insurance, banking, billing or call centre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good planning, time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to learn and work across multiple systems and applications, including Microsoft tools.
• Attention to detail and stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, underwriter and agency enquiries about insurance products, processes, policies and billing.
• Handle phone and email interactions efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed service procedures.
• Provide new business quotes and support policy renewals while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Assess submitted documents, identify missing information and provide clear guidance on the next steps.
• Follow regulatory, privacy, confidentiality, credit card security and insurance compliance requirements.
• Build effective working relationships and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and agency enquiries.
