Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably multi-client.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and strong reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Manage accounts payable/receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.
