Job summary

Feld Care Therapy Inc. is seeking a remote, full-time QA Coordinator to join the QA team. You will review charts and assist therapists with documentation, ensuring accuracy from evaluation to discharge and timely EMR submissions.

The role requires strong healthcare knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clinicians, agencies, doctors, and care coordinators while upholding Medicare guidelines and compliant policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a reliable main internet connection (prepaid is not allowed) and power backups.
• Must have their own laptop/desktop.

Responsibilities

• QA coordinator will review all clinical notes/charts from evaluation to discharge and will reach out to clinicians if there is need for correction.
• QA ensures every chart and document is submitted correctly and completely to the EMR system for review by the home health agency, patient's doctor, and insurance.
• QA is responsible for answering any questions from clinicians, agencies, and doctors regarding documentation and what occurred during the patient's case
• QA is responsible for providing training/education to therapists as needed regarding documentation.
• QA coordinator will collaborate with their Care coordinator partner to ensure satisfied home health agencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
