Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Specialist (Odoo) to oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations for manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with the Production Manager to track material consumption, optimize receiving workflows, and enforce standards across production channels.

Experience with Odoo and strong English communication are essential. Position is a remote Independent Contractor role based in the Philippines with US Central time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing systems.
• Familiarity with contracts and creating purchasing policies.
• Forecasting experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to take the client assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory purchases within budgets and forecast needs.
• Manage the receiving process in Odoo and coordinate with the Production Manager.
• Maintain accurate consumption records in Odoo.
• Build relationships with vendors and seek competitive pricing.
• Lead month- and year-end inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and organizational standards in the department.
• Implement and refine receiving processes to meet performance metrics.
