Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a Replenishment / Purchasing Agent for remote work from the Philippines. You will handle ERP-based purchasing, vendor follow-ups, and logistics tracking to ensure on-time delivery and inventory replenishment.

The role requires 3–5 years in purchasing or supply chain support, strong English communication, and experience with ERP systems. This is a US-time-zone role for remote staff, with background checks as part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a purchasing, replenishment, or supply chain support role.
• ERP: Solid experience working with an ERP system for purchasing and/or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in ERP based on demand and replenishment.
• Proactively follow up with vendors to confirm ship dates and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with vendors and expediting specialist for shipments and routing.
• Identify and escalate PO discrepancies, pricing issues, and vendor problems.
• Prepare reports on late orders, vendor performance and trends as directed by the manager.
• Contribute ideas to improve purchasing workflows, vendor communication and logistics.
