Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking an Inventory Operations and Data Support to maintain inventory master data, pricing, and classifications in Odoo and 365 Retail Markets, while resolving discrepancies and supporting stock movements.

You will generate reports, support transfers, process POs and receipts, and act as an ERP super-user across functions, ensuring data integrity and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control or ERP administration.
• Hands-on experience maintaining inventory master data within an ERP system (Odoo preferred).
• Experience with Purchase Orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analytics and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory master data, product information, pricing, and classifications in Odoo and 365 Retail Markets.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and manage stocktakes.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouses and market locations with proper documentation.
• Create and process Purchase Orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices, and reconciliations.
• Serve as ERP super-user, support users, and optimize system processes.
