Job summary

Something Somewhere Consulting OPC is seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to lead workshops, translate requirements into standard Odoo configurations for Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing (MRP). You will design end-to-end flows, create documentation, and support UAT and go-live activities.

The role requires hands-on delivery for Odoo modules, strong logistics knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment. Prior ERP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP functional consultant.
• Hands-on delivery for Odoo Inventory/Warehouse and/or Manufacturing (MRP).
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations and how to map to Odoo.
• Experience configuring Odoo modules end-to-end (setup to UAT/go-live).
• Ability to facilitate workshops with operations stakeholders and convert needs into standard Odoo processes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills (process mapping, UAT scripts, training).
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops for Odoo Inventory/Warehouse/Manufacturing processes and translate requirements into standard Odoo configuration.
• Design and configure end-to-end operational flows in Odoo for Inventory/Warehousing, Barcoding/WMS, Traceability, and Manufacturing (MRP).
• Produce functional implementation deliverables: fit-gap notes, solution recommendations, configuration logs, UAT scenarios, and quick guides.
• Support operational data activities: master data templates, trial imports, validation and reconciliation.
• Conduct training for warehouse and production users and support UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
• Control scope and manage change, identifying items that require Studio/Automations, community modules, or custom development as a last resort.
