Job summary

iMaz Corp. is seeking a Part-Time Odoo Consultant to design, implement, and optimize business processes across HR, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.

You will work hands-on with a small team, document current workflows, configure modules, develop custom integrations, and guide non-technical users through the rollout while committing to 5–10 hours per week on a part-time basis, onsite at our Makati location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo implementation or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting).
• Experience working with startups or SMEs is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available for part-time or project-based engagement.
• Must be able to commit 5-10 hours per week for ongoing part-time employment arrangement. onsite

Responsibilities

• Assess and document current business processes for integration into Odoo.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules based on operational needs.
• Advanced Odoo development experience including custom module development and complex system integrations is required.
• Recommend process improvements aligned with best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to non-technical users.
• Assist in initial setup, testing, and post-implementation monitoring.
