The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, solid accounting knowledge, and a preference for experience with an Australian firm. IFS ERP navigation is a plus, with a path for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role
• Experience with Australian firm preferred
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and financial reporting
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience using ERP navigation (IFS preferred)
• BS/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Orders and manage orders from entry to invoicing
• Support data processing and reconciliations across systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain purchase orders and procurement records
• Navigate ERP systems (IFS preferred) to extract data
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation
