Rockstar Global Careers is seeking a full-time Central Scheduler / Patient & Attorney Liaison Virtual Assistant for an outpatient physical therapy practice. This remote role focuses on quickly converting inquiries into scheduled patients and serving as a liaison for attorney-referred patients.

Qualifications

• Proficient phone handling and customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

• Ability to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Comfortable multitasking across channels and systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new patient leads across phone, text, email, and web channels.
• Follow New Case Intake process and document all communications.
• Fill openings by reviewing daily schedules and coordinating with receptionists.
• Serve as liaison for attorney offices and attorney-referred patients.
• Coordinate medical records requests and ensure authorizations and uploads to EMR.
• Review daily tasks, participate in weekly huddles, and track KPIs.
• Utilize lead tracking software (Reach) and EMR systems.
