VirtuallyinCredible Careers Hub is seeking a skilled Property Management Bookkeeping / Accounting Support Virtual Assistant to support financial operations in a property management setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on bookkeeping experience, a strong understanding of utility billing, and familiarity with property management accounting software. You’ll ensure accurate records, timely billing, and efficient processes while working independently from a quiet home office.

Responsibilities

• Helping set up utility accounts and utility billing for properties and tenants.
• Reviewing utility bills, calculating tenant charges according to our billing procedures, and posting charges to tenant accounts.
• Tracking utility billing schedules and following up on missing bills or discrepancies.
• Entering and coding invoices, receipts, and expenses.
• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Preparing financial records and reports for the accountant and month-end review.
