- Assist in assembling documentation and data to support month-end bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Assist with credit card charge disputes and other payment disputes.
- Actively follow up with vendors regarding refunds and verify that credits/refunds post correctly to credit card statements.
- Coordinate directly with the admin and property management teams to obtain necessary information, supporting documents, or required follow-ups.
- Handle personal and family financial administrative tasks, including organizing, tracking, paying, and following up on medical and personal payments.

- Willingness and comfort with handling personal and family financial administrative tasks (e.g., medical payments, personal card issues, vendor follow-ups, and tracking).
- Dedicated availability to commit 20 working hours per week to the Hiring Client (must have sufficient schedule capacity, rather than squeezing work around multiple other clients).
