OPTIMAL PH is seeking a Virtual Property Manager to support a portfolio of properties for US-based clients. This role requires ownership, strong organization, and a commitment to honesty and respect in interactions with tenants, owners, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is organized, assertive, personable, and an excellent problem solver with outstanding customer service skills. It offers a 100% remote setup and a path for growth in real estate investment management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably BPO.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and own deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, assertive, and a problem-solver with customer focus.
• Comfortable handling multiple clients concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Onboard new properties in client software platforms and keep owners informed.
• Track and manage lease renewals to minimize vacancies.
• Oversee maintenance by coordinating with vendors, approvals, and billing.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, rent collection, notices, and enforcement.
• Assist in Social Media content creation and posting.
