Job summary

We seek a highly organized, customer-focused Bilingual Property Management Virtual Assistant to support tenants, owners, and vendors in English and Spanish and to assist with daily operations, lease administration, maintenance coordination,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 1–2 years of experience in Virtual Assistant, Customer Service or Property Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for English and Spanish-speaking tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate property records.
• Coordinate new property onboarding and lease administration.
• Track lease expirations and coordinate renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and contractors.
• Create and schedule social media content and support marketing initiatives.
