Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Property Management Assistant Level 2 to support tenant relations, administrative tasks, and financial processes for remote operations based in the Philippines.

The role emphasizes coordination of lease activities, data accuracy in management systems, and collaboration with vendors to ensure timely property maintenance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or administration.
• Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for tenant inquiries, coordinating lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Provide administrative support to property managers, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Manage property management software and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of property maintenance and repairs.
